Yummy pulled pork on a pillowy steamed bun with pineapple salsa.
To make pineapple salsa, combine pineapple salsa ingredients with 1/2 handful of coriander and 1 sprig of spring onion. Set aside in fridge to marinate.
Reheat buns according to package directions.
Reheat pulled pork.
To serve, transfer vegetables, pork, buns and pineapple salsa to serving dishes.
