Barbecue – this word evokes images of flames, smoke, heat and charcoal. If you’ve ever seen any food shows on TV, you would have seen a big smoker or grill in some restaurant, where they cook huge piles of meat “low and slow” to get that irresistible melt in your mouth, smokey flavor. Whether you like dry rubs, whether vinegar based or tomato based, nobody can argue that barbecue is good eating all around!
Admittedly though, such recipes may not be the easiest to make at home due to their time-consuming nature. Breaking out the grill to spend the whole weekend marinating, cooking and preparing for one meal can be quite a task (not forgetting the cleanup after!). However… What if we could make something easy on the grill, with minimal cleanup, preparation and cooking time?
